工字鋼

工(gong)(gong)字鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)也(ye)稱為鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)梁(英(ying)文名稱 Universal Beam),是截面(mian)為工(gong)(gong)字形狀的長(chang)條鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)材。工(gong)(gong)字鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)分普(pu)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)字鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)和輕型工(gong)(gong)字鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)。是截面(mian)形狀為工(gong)(gong)字型的型鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)。
分類
工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)主要(yao)分為(wei)(wei)普(pu)通工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、輕(qing)型(xing)工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)和寬(kuan)翼緣工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)。按(an)翼緣與腹板高(gao)(gao)度 比又(you)分為(wei)(wei)寬(kuan)幅(fu)、中(zhong)幅(fu)、窄幅(fu)寬(kuan)翼緣工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)。前二(er)者生(sheng)產(chan)的規(gui)格為(wei)(wei)10—60號,即 相(xiang)應的高(gao)(gao)度為(wei)(wei)10 cm—60 cm。在相(xiang)同高(gao)(gao)度下,輕(qing)型(xing)工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)翼緣窄、腹板薄(bo)、重 量(liang)輕(qing)。寬(kuan)翼緣工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)又(you)稱H型(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),斷(duan)面特點(dian)是兩腿(tui)平(ping)行,且(qie)腿(tui)內(nei)側沒有斜度。 它屬(shu)于經濟斷(duan)面型(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)。普(pu)通工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、輕(qing)型(xing)工(gong)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)已經形(xing)成(cheng)標準。
孔型設計(ji)
工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼的(de)規(gui)格是用腰(yao)(yao)寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)的(de)厘米值來表(biao)示的(de),如10號工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼,其腰(yao)(yao)寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)為(wei)10cm。工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼的(de)種類有熱軋(ya)普通(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼、輕型工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼和寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)平行腿(tui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼(H型鋼)。我國熱軋(ya)普通(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼的(de)腰(yao)(yao)寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)為(wei)100~630mm,表(biao)示為(wei)No.10~No.63,腿(tui)內側壁斜(xie)度為(wei)1:6。軋(ya)制工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼的(de)孔(kong)(kong)型系統(tong)有直軋(ya)孔(kong)(kong)型系統(tong)、斜(xie)軋(ya)孔(kong)(kong)型系統(tong)和混合孔(kong)(kong)型系統(tong)。此(ci)外,工(gong)(gong)(gong)字(zi)(zi)鋼還可(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用特殊軋(ya)法。
(1)直軋孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)系統(tong)。直軋孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)系統(tong)是指工(gong)字鋼孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)的兩個開口(kou)腿同(tong)時處(chu)于軋輥軸(zhou)線(xian)的同(tong)一側(ce),腰與軋輥軸(zhou)線(xian)平(ping)行(xing)的孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)系統(tong)。
其優點(dian)是軋輥(gun)(gun)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力小(xiao),軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)竄(cuan)動小(xiao),不需工作斜面,孔型(xing)占用輥(gun)(gun)身(shen)長(chang)度(du)小(xiao),在輥(gun)(gun)身(shen)長(chang)度(du)一定的(de)條件下可多配孔型(xing)。
(2)斜(xie)軋(ya)孔型(xing)(xing)系統。這種孔型(xing)(xing)系統是指工字鋼孔型(xing)(xing)的兩(liang)個開口腿不同時處于(yu)腰(yao)部的同一側,腰(yao)與水平軸線有一夾角。
(3)混合孔(kong)型系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。根據軋機和產品(pin)的(de)(de)特點,為發揮各自系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)優點,克服缺點,往往采(cai)用(yong)(yong)混合孔(kong)型系(xi)(xi)統(tong),即兩(liang)種以(yi)上系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)組(zu)合。如成品(pin)孔(kong)和成品(pin)前孔(kong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)直(zhi)腿(tui)(tui)斜(xie)(xie)軋孔(kong)型系(xi)(xi)統(tong),其他孔(kong)型采(cai)用(yong)(yong)彎腿(tui)(tui)斜(xie)(xie)軋系(xi)(xi)統(tong);或(huo)者(zhe)粗軋孔(kong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)直(zhi)軋系(xi)(xi)統(tong),然后3~4個精軋孔(kong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)直(zhi)腿(tui)(tui)斜(xie)(xie)扎孔(kong)等。
(4)特殊(shu)軋(ya)(ya)法(fa)。由于某(mou)種原因采用(yong)通常的(de)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方法(fa)難(nan)以(yi)軋(ya)(ya)出要求(qiu)的(de)工(gong)字(zi)鋼時,可(ke)采用(yong)特殊(shu)軋(ya)(ya)法(fa),利用(yong)不均勻變(bian)形和孔型(xing)設計(ji)的(de)技巧。例如,當鋼坯(pi)斷面(mian)較窄(zhai)而要求(qiu)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)較寬(kuan)的(de)工(gong)字(zi)鋼時,可(ke)采用(yong)波浪式軋(ya)(ya)法(fa);又如當坯(pi)料較寬(kuan)而要求(qiu)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)較小號工(gong)字(zi)鋼時,可(ke)采用(yong)負寬(kuan)展軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)等。
應用特點
工字(zi)型(xing)(xing)鋼不論是普通型(xing)(xing)還(huan)是輕型(xing)(xing)的(de),由于截面(mian)尺寸均相對較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)、較(jiao)(jiao)窄,故對截面(mian)兩(liang)個主軸的(de)慣(guan)性矩相差(cha)較(jiao)(jiao)大,故僅(jin)能直接用于在其(qi)(qi)腹板平面(mian)內受彎的(de)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)或(huo)將(jiang)其(qi)(qi)組成格構(gou)式受力構(gou)件(jian)(jian)。對軸心受壓(ya)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)或(huo)在垂直于腹板平面(mian)還(huan)有彎曲的(de)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)均不宜(yi)采用,這就使其(qi)(qi)在應用范圍上有著很(hen)大的(de)局限。工字(zi)鋼廣(guang)泛地應用于建(jian)筑或(huo) 其(qi)(qi)他金屬結構(gou)。
普通工(gong)字(zi)鋼,輕型工(gong)字(zi)鋼,由(you)于(yu)截面尺寸均相對較高、較窄,故對截面兩個主軸的(de)慣(guan)性矩相差較大,這(zhe)就使其在應用范圍(wei)上有(you)著很大的(de)局限。工(gong)字(zi)鋼的(de)使用應依據設計圖(tu)紙的(de)要求進(jin)行選用。
在結構設計中選用工(gong)字鋼應依據其力(li)學(xue)性(xing)能(neng),化學(xue)性(xing)能(neng),可焊性(xing)能(neng),結構尺(chi)寸等(deng)選擇(ze)合理的工(gong)字鋼進行(xing)使用。
規格型號(hao)
其規格以高(gao)×腿厚×腰厚表示(shi),也可(ke)用號(hao)數(shu) 表示(shi)規格的主要(yao)尺寸。如(ru)18號(hao)工字鋼,表示(shi)高(gao)為(wei)18 cm的工字鋼。若高(gao)度相同 的工字鋼,則可(ke)在號(hao)數(shu)后(hou)面加注角碼a或(huo)b或(huo)c予(yu)以表示(shi),如(ru)36a、36b、 36c等(deng)。它(ta)分為(wei)普通(tong)工字鋼、輕(qing)型(xing)工字鋼和寬(kuan)翼(yi)緣工字鋼。按翼(yi)緣與腹板高(gao)度 比又分為(wei)寬(kuan)幅(fu)、中幅(fu)、窄幅(fu)寬(kuan)翼(yi)緣工字鋼。前二者生產的規格為(wei)10—60號(hao),即 相應的高(gao)度為(wei)10 cm—60 cm。
